Winter Counting Coins – Pennies, Nickels, and Dimes
Do your students need a little extra practice with counting coins? This winter-themed activity focuses on counting pennies, nickels, and dimes. There are 15 printable activity pages, organized into 3 different types of activities:
- Counting Coins Activity – Students count the coins and write the total.
- Color the Total Activity – Students are given an amount and color in the coins needed to make the total,
- Draw it Out Activity – Students draw the coins needed to make a given amount.
Students enjoy this fun and interactive way to practice counting coins. Print on cardstock and laminate to create write and wipe pages that can be used with dry erase markers.
